1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kolekit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Kolekit provides a platform for event organizers to collect materials from contributors (speakers, sponsors, exhibitors) via unique upload links.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must:

• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your account with others
• Comply with applicable laws

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

Up to 5 contributors per event on the free tier.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans are charged once per event. Advertised EUR prices include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Link / Stripe as merchant of record, which issues the invoice; your bank statement shows LINK.COM* ….

4.3 Refunds

Link / Stripe handles payment support and refunds under its applicable terms, including refunds it may issue within 60 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or malware
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the service

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it as necessary to provide the service.

6.2 Data Deletion

You can delete your events and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with prior notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolekit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where Kolekit is registered.
