What is Kolekit?
Kolekit is a platform that helps event organizers collect materials (bios, headshots, logos, slides, documents) from speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors via one link. No more email chasing.
How does it work?
Create an event, define what materials you need, invite contributors via email or CSV import. Each contributor gets a unique link to upload their materials. You review, approve, and download everything in one place.
Do contributors need an account?
No! Contributors access their upload page via a magic link. No signup required.
Pricing & Plans
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 5 contributors per event. Paid plans start at €79 for 25 contributors, €149 for 100, and €249 for 500.
Do I pay per event or monthly?
You pay per event. No monthly subscriptions required (unless you want one for agencies running many events).
Can I try it for free?
Yes! The free tier allows 1 event with up to 5 contributors. Perfect for testing.
Features
What file types are supported?
All common formats: Images (JPG, PNG, WebP), Documents (PDF, DOCX), Presentations (PPTX, KEY), and more. You define allowed formats per field.
Can I set minimum image resolutions?
Yes! For headshots and logos, you can require minimum dimensions (e.g., 1200x1200px).
Are there automatic reminders?
Yes. Set a deadline and Kolekit automatically reminds contributors 7, 3, and 1 days before. You can also send manual reminders.
Data & Privacy
Where is data stored?
Data is stored in the EU (Cloudflare R2 for files, EU Postgres databases). Fully GDPR compliant.
Can I delete data?
Yes. You can delete events and all associated data anytime.
Is it secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. File uploads are validated for type and size. Access is controlled per organization.
